Sunny Sethi

Sunny Sethi was born into the hospitality industry. Growing up through his family's company, Jackies International, he spent nearly 26 years learning every side of operations across hotel, restaurant, and retail divisions before transitioning into development. In 2011 he founded Bellamare and has led the company for over 15 years, growing it from a single hospitality investment into a multi-state platform spanning more than $1.6B in development across mixed-use entertainment districts, branded hotels, residential communities, and commercial destinations. Sunny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Millsaps College and has completed executive education in finance at The Wharton School. He leads Bellamare with the belief that the best developments are not just built well, they are built for the people who will live, work, and gather in them for generations.
