Amanda Pansano

Amanda Pansano serves as Director of Accounting, bringing more than 25 years in the construction industry to Bellamare's financial operations. She came up alongside project managers and subcontractors, which is why she reads a project's finances the way someone who has been on the job site does. Amanda oversees accounts payable and receivable, employee expense management, and the accounting infrastructure behind active development projects. She also supports execution from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating documentation, subcontractor communication, and the schedules that keep timelines honest. Outside of the office, Amanda spends her time with her husband and two children, and takes any opportunity to travel.
